Ever wondered how lattes and the many other types of coffee are brewed? Interested to acquire the skills of a Barista?
If your answer is yes, then THIS is the workshop for you!
The Food & Beverage Managers’ Association proudly presents - The Barista Workshop, where you can understand the arts and science behind coffee making! Join us on a trip through history and understand how coffee came about and together with the different coffee making techniques at Spinelli, fun will come together with learning! Hands on experience will also be available to those interested in making their own coffee!
Registration is NOW open, and details are as follows:
Event 1 Details
Date: 2nd May 2009 (Saturday)
Meeting Time: 1020 hours sharp
Duration: 2 hours (From 1030am to 1230pm)
Registration Deadline: 16th April 2009 (2359 hours)

Date: 23rd May 2009 (Saturday)
Meeting Time: 1020 hours sharp
Duration: 2 hours (From 1030am to 1230pm)

Please do take note that a deposit fee of S$5 will be collected from you if you are interested to attend this workshop. Only after collecting the fee will we register you under the preferred date. The full sum will be returned to you on the date when you attend the workshop, and only half of it will be returned if you cannot make it due to valid reasons.
ALSO, SLOTS ARE LIMITED TO 10 PAX PER LESSON ON EACH DATE, SO PLEASE DO REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
